The initial call is free and there's no obligation to move forward. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so.

The most useful first message says what you're trying to solve, roughly the size and stage of your company, and whether you're looking at fractional leadership, AI transformation, or AI visibility work. We can still help without all of that, but it saves a round of back-and-forth before the scoping call.

We're based in Silicon Valley and work with companies here and remotely, structured as calls and working sessions rather than in-person meetings by default. If an in-person meeting matters for your engagement, we'll work that out during scoping.

We respond within 24 hours, usually sooner during the week. If you haven't heard back in a day, check your spam folder before assuming we missed it, then follow up. Messages do occasionally get lost.

If it's a fit, we'll follow up with a proposed engagement structure, hourly or project-based, and a rough timeline. If it's not, we'll say so directly rather than stringing the conversation along.
